As the first event in our Old Girls, New Journeys campaign, Mugs & Memories invites Assumptionistas, together with family and friends, to slow down, get creative, and spend an afternoon making something meaningful.
In partnership with Chineramics Studio, this beginner-friendly pottery workshop gives participants the opportunity to hand-build and personalize their very own ceramic mug—no experience necessary. Guided by experienced facilitators, you'll shape, decorate, and create a piece that's uniquely yours before it's professionally fired and glazed.
Whether you're reconnecting with classmates, looking for a meaningful weekend activity with family, or simply trying something new, Mugs & Memories offers the chance to step away from the everyday and enjoy an afternoon of creativity, conversation, and community.
There's something special about creating with your hands. It reminds us to slow down, appreciate the process, and enjoy the company of the people around us—a simple but meaningful way to begin this year's Old Girls Day celebrations.
More importantly, every registration supports the St. Marie Eugénie Scholarship Fund, helping make an Assumption education possible for deserving young women. It's an afternoon you'll remember, while helping create opportunities for someone else's future.
